Paperwork You'll Need

Your lender will want the following forms:

  • W-2 forms from the past couple of years
  • Personal tax returns for the past two to three years
  • Your most recent pay stubs
  • Credit card statements
  • Loan statements (student, auto, etc.)
  • Bank statements
  • Addresses (past 5-7 years)
  • Brokerage account statements (past 2-4 months)
  • Most recent retirement account statements, such as 401(k)
